The right person for this job should be able to multitask food and beverage orders and deliveries, but not only that.

The responsibilities of an Expeditors in our restaurant is to coordinate actions between cooks and wait staff, managing the flow of orders and giving real-time commands to other employees.
To help our restaurant provide a pleasurable dining experience, a good Expeditor should be able to ensure that our guests are fully satisfied by accurately fulling orders.

Responsibilities of a Expeditor:
? Planning and managing the order flow.
? Providing menu recommendations and additional information.
? Making sure that all the orders are prepared on time.
? Assisting and managing the final prep of different food and dishes.
? Controlling and overseeing dishes before they leave the kitchen.
? Communicating order details to the kitchen staff.
? Delivering food and beverages in a timely fashion.
? Serving as a contact point for kitchen and wait staff.
? Cleaning and maintaining the appearance of the galley.
