Responsibilities:
Develop and deliver engaging clinical instruction in a variety of healthcare settings, aligned with curriculum objectives for CNA's and Certified Medication Adeis.
Supervise and evaluate student performance in the clinical environment, providing constructive feedback to ensure their growth.
Collaborate with faculty and healthcare professionals to create a dynamic and supportive learning environment.
Maintain a strong understanding of current nursing practices and ensure course content reflects advancements in the field.
Participate in curriculum development and program evaluation.
Qualifications:
Master's degree in Nursing (MSN) preferred, Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) required.
Current and active RN license in good standing.
Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in a clinical setting, preferably in your area of expertise.
Prior teaching experience in a clinical or academic setting is a strong plus.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
